Mr. Ellzey has over 30 years experience handling claims. A native of Mississippi, Mr. Ellzey graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi. He began his insurance career handling general lines with Crawford & Company and The Cincinnati Insurance Company before going to work for Medical Assurance (now Pro Assurance). Leaving his post as Vice-President of the Midwest/Atlantic region with Medical Assurance, Mr. Ellzey joined Hamlin & Burton in May 2001, when he opened an office in Mobile, Alabama. He provides claim handling services, litigation management for physicians, hospitals, and long-term care facilities. Mr. Ellzey also serves as Vice President and an internal technical resource to Hamlin & Burton litigation managers. |
