Denise Siegel has 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, including insurance defense and medical malpractice defense litigation. Beginning in 2001, Denise practiced law at Lowis & Gellen in Chicago where she specialized in the defense of complex medical malpractice cases. She continued her career working at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago where her work focused on the analysis of federal agency guidelines and regulations to determine the effect on Medicare and Medicaid coverage for research in clinical trials. Most recently, Denise served as a Medical Professional Liability Claims Specialist for Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company where she handled claims involving Allied Health Professionals, Health Care Facilities, Home Health Care and Assisted Living Facilities. Denise holds a Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Michigan and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Advertising with a Business minor from University of Florida. She attended Mini Medical School at The University of Chicago and is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Georgia. Denise serves our clients from Chicago, Illinois. |
