Desiree Giordano has over twenty years of experience in the legal and medical malpractice claims arena. Ms. Giordano’s career has been focused on handling professional liability claims with an emphasis in medical malpractice, long-term care and other healthcare professional liability claims. Ms. Giordano was born and raised in New York and graduated from Iona College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies. She went on to earn a law degree from Pace University School of Law and began her career with a law firm in New York, specializing in medical malpractice. Ms. Giordano’s career continued with AIG, ACE and CNA where she focused on litigation management and claims handling of long-term care, medical malpractice and other complex/high exposure professional liability claims. She has served as a corporate mentor and trainer. She has extensive experience conducting audits and consulting with underwriting and marketing divisions at CNA. Ms. Giordano is a licensed attorney in New York and Connecticut and is fluent in Spanish. Ms. Giordano serves our clients from New York City.
