Marla Bigeleisen has over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, including claims management,
insurance defense and regulatory litigation. Marla began her career with Pennsylvania’s MCARE focusing on
medical malpractice litigation, then entered private practice representing insureds and insurers in liability
claims and bad faith litigation. Marla has also served as Department Counsel with the Pennsylvania Insurance
Department. Marla returned to medical malpractice litigation with ACE where she specialized in hospital, facility
and allied health practitioner claims, including Long Term Care claims. Her responsibilities at ACE included
management of “out of territory” hospital claims venued in Puerto Rico. Marla holds a B.B.A in International
Marketing and is licensed to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Marla is conversational in
Spanish and serves our clients from Newark, New Jersey.
