Compliance Claims Representative
Amanda Kennedy began her professional career in 2010 after obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice. Ms. Kennedy worked in the healthcare industry as a mental health Case Manager and Executive Assistant to a Physician. She has experience with HIPAA compliance regulations, including creation and implementation of policy and procedures. As a Legal Assistant for a personal injury law firm, Ms. Kennedy negotiated Medicare and healthcare liens. She has a Master of Science degree in Law and Public Policy. She serves as an Associate Editor for the Child and Family Law Journal of Barry University School of Law, where she is pursuing a Juris Doctorate. Ms. Kennedy serves our clients as Compliance Claims Representative.
