Originally from West Palm Beach, Florida, Mr. Hamlin attended the University of Central Florida and earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Education. Mr. Hamlin oversees the licensing, maintenance and development of our Registered claims management software, CHaRT®. Mr. Hamlin was responsible for the successful customization of CHaRT® to facilitate the effective administration of Class Action Settlements. He manages the administration of Class Action Settlement proceedings out of the Orlando Office. Mr. Hamlin is responsible for the business operations for Hamlin & Burton Liability Management, Inc. and The Program Administration Company. |
