Stella Roberts has 20 years of medical malpractice, long term care, and related claim management experience. Her claim handling career began in 1988 in Quality Assurance and Risk Management at Staten Island University Hospital. Stella continued her career with AIG and CNA where she handled medical malpractice, long term care, general liability, and excess liability claims nationally. During her tenure at CNA Stella was promoted to Claims Manager of Northeast Long term Care Claims. She graduated from State University of New York with a Bachelors degree in Cardio respiratory Sciences. Upon graduation, she held various positions at New York Metropolitan hospitals, as a Respiratory Therapist, Cardiopulmonary Technologist, and Perfusionist. Stella also served as a Medical Consultant for two major New York City medical malpractice and personal injury defense law firms, bringing a unique perspective to her claim handling experience. Ms. Roberts is fluent in Russian and serves our clients from Staten Island, New York. |
