By combining Hamlin and Burton’s claims handling experience with the strategic use of CHaRT, Hamlin and Burton’s proprietary claims management platform, he helps clients take control of complex liability exposure through customized claims management solutions.

His background in investigation, negotiation, and mediation on behalf of the insured gives him a firsthand perspective on how to quickly pinpoint opportunities where Hamlin & Burton can drive better outcomes. His focus is on building long‑term client partnerships grounded in performance, accountability, and results. He is a licensed claims adjuster and has received the Certified Claims Professional (CCP) designation from the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance. Mr. Hamlin graduated from Elon University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Martha and Spencer Love School of Business.
