Mike Soule began his career as a software engineer at a web services company. He later accepted the role of Director of Technology, where he expanded the technology team from two developers to five teams of engineers across the U.S., Australia, and India. Mike played a key role in managing and positioning the company for a successful acquisition. His expertise includes designing and implementing scalable, disaster-resistant systems and integrations that support complex business environments. In 2012, Mike Soule joined Hamlin & Burton as Chief Technology Officer. He currently serves as our principal consultant, bringing extensive expertise, experience, and a proven track record in technology leadership and software development to Hamlin & Burton.
